1. Requesting cancellation
Contact the company with your account number, order or invoice reference, tracking number if available and the requested action. We will check whether work, tender to the carrier or delivery has occurred and explain the available options. Sending a request does not itself stop a carrier or reverse a completed transaction. Keep the written confirmation of the outcome.

고객번호·주문 또는 인보이스 번호·운송장 번호(있는 경우)·요청 내용을 회사에 알려주세요. 작업·운송사 인계·배송 진행 여부를 확인하고 가능한 처리 방법을 안내합니다. 요청 발송만으로 운송이 중단되거나 완료된 거래가 취소되는 것은 아닙니다. 처리 결과의 서면 확인을 보관해주세요.
2. Unused services and actual costs
Cancellation is assessed against the service stage, terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law. An advance is not automatically forfeited. Any deduction for completed work, consumed materials or non-recoverable third-party charges must have a lawful or agreed basis and be itemized and supported. We do not impose a flat cancellation penalty through this policy. An unused balance is reconciled after lawful deductions, without delaying any refund that applicable law requires sooner.
2. 미사용 서비스와 실제 비용
취소는 서비스 진행 단계·구매 전 고지 조건·관련 법률에 따라 처리합니다. 선수금이 자동 몰수되지는 않습니다. 완료 작업·사용 자재·회수 불가능한 제삼자 비용의 공제에는 적법하거나 합의된 근거가 있어야 하며, 항목별 내역과 증빙을 제시해야 합니다. 본 정책으로 정액 취소 위약금을 부과하지 않습니다. 적법한 공제 후 미사용 잔액을 정산하되, 법률이 더 빠른 환불을 요구하는 경우 이를 지연하지 않습니다.
3. Label voiding and carrier credits
A label must be voided through the issuing platform or carrier. A void request is not proof of an approved carrier refund, and a label already used may not qualify. We distinguish carrier credits from separate services already provided and explain any lawful deductions. Do not reuse a voided label. Carrier processing does not excuse a refund independently owed by us under law or the accepted contract.
3. 라벨 취소와 운송사 환급
라벨은 발행 플랫폼 또는 운송사를 통해 취소해야 합니다. 취소 요청만으로 운송사 환급이 승인된 것은 아니며 사용된 라벨은 대상이 아닐 수 있습니다. 운송사 환급액과 이미 제공한 별도 서비스를 구분하고 적법한 공제 내역을 설명합니다. 취소된 라벨은 재사용하지 마세요. 운송사 처리 중이라는 이유만으로 회사가 법률 또는 확정 계약에 따라 별도로 부담하는 환불 의무가 면제되지는 않습니다.
4. Refund processing and duplicate payments
We will explain the approved amount, documented deductions and payment route. Refunds are linked to the original transaction and verified payer, normally through the original payment route where supported and legally appropriate. Review and bank or processor posting are separate steps; no universal processing period is promised here. Refunds, chargebacks and claim payments covering the same loss are reconciled to avoid duplicate payment. This does not prevent a lawful chargeback or correction of a duplicate, unauthorized or erroneous charge.
4. 환불 처리와 중복 지급
승인 금액·증빙된 공제·반환 경로를 안내합니다. 환불은 원거래 및 확인된 결제자와 연결하며, 지원되고 법률상 적절한 경우 원결제 경로로 반환합니다. 회사 심사와 은행·결제업체의 반영은 별도 단계이며, 이 정책은 모든 거래에 동일한 처리 기간을 약속하지 않습니다. 같은 손해에 대한 환불·차지백·보상금은 대사하여 중복 지급을 방지합니다. 적법한 차지백 또는 중복·무단·오류 청구의 정정을 제한하지 않습니다.
5. Subscriptions and separate agreements
Mailbox rental, storage, fulfillment and recurring business services may have service-specific cancellation terms disclosed before enrollment. Agreeing to website terms is not by itself authorization for recurring charges. Where applicable, recurring enrollment requires clear price and renewal disclosures, express affirmative consent, a retainable acknowledgment, required notices and an accessible cancellation method. Cancellation of future renewals and a refund for past service are separate questions. Mandatory cancellation rights remain available even if an agreement says otherwise.
5. 구독과 별도 계약
메일박스 임대·보관·풀필먼트·정기 기업 서비스에는 가입 전 고지된 서비스별 해지 조건이 적용될 수 있습니다. 웹사이트 약관 동의만으로 정기 결제가 승인되지는 않습니다. 적용되는 경우 정기 가입에는 명확한 가격·갱신 고지, 명시적 동의, 보관 가능한 확인서, 필요한 안내와 접근 가능한 해지 수단이 필요합니다. 향후 갱신 중단과 과거 서비스 환불은 별도 문제입니다. 계약에 다른 내용이 있더라도 법률상 강행적인 해지 권리는 유지됩니다.
6. Customs payments and mandatory remedies
Duties, taxes or third-party charges may require a separate refund request to the receiving authority or provider. We will identify those amounts separately where relevant. This policy does not make every service non-refundable or restrict refunds, statutory remedies or payment dispute rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. 관세 납부와 법정 구제
관세·세금·제삼자 요금은 이를 수령한 기관 또는 제공업체에 별도 환급을 신청해야 할 수 있습니다. 해당되는 경우 그 금액을 별도로 구분합니다. 이 정책은 모든 서비스를 환불 불가로 정하거나 법률상 배제할 수 없는 환불·구제 수단·결제 이의제기 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
